Trace a policy failure

Objectives

The simulator ticks each one as soon as the network meets it.

1. Create extended ACL BLOCK with deny icmp any any.
2. Bind BLOCK inbound on R1 GigabitEthernet0/0.
3. Observe a ping failure while the ACL is applied.
4. Remove the ACL binding and restore a successful ping.
