ACI-style: fabric BGP across several leaves

Inside the fabric, each leaf knows its own hosts, but a route learned on an L3Out is known only to its border leaf. Fabric BGP (MP-BGP in the infra tenant) carries those routes: pick one ASN for the fabric, and make spines route reflectors, so every leaf peers with the spines and not with every other leaf. Here L104 already learns 10.100.100.0/24 from R1 over OSPF, but L101, L102 and L103 have never heard of it.

Objectives

The simulator ticks each one as soon as the network meets it.

On L104, show ip route vrf all lists the route from R1. On L101 it is missing, and show faults says why.
On the APIC, open bgp-fabric and set asn 65000.
Make both spines route reflectors: route-reflector node 201 and node 202.
Every leaf peers with both spines: show bgp-fabric on the APIC, and show bgp sessions on L102.
L101 now has the route. Ping 10.100.100.1 from PC1.
