CE has one LACP bundle to the L1 and L2 pair. To the rest of the fabric, those two must look like one tunnel endpoint, or remote leaves would see PC1’s MAC move between them. So both leaves use the same VTEP address on Loopback 1. L3 and L4 are done. Build L1 and L2.
The simulator ticks each one as soon as the network meets it.
On L1 and L2, build the MCLAG pair: PortChannel 100 with Eth1/5 and Eth1/6, the control VLAN 4000 (172.16.1.1/30 and 172.16.1.2/30), and mclag domain 1.
Build PortChannel 1 in VLAN 10 with mclag 1, and add Eth1/3.
On both, interface vxlan vtep1 with source-ip 10.10.10.1, the same address on both, and map vni 10010 vlan 10. Turn on advertise-all-vni.
The pair does not tunnel to itself: L3 sees one remote VTEP, 10.10.10.1, and show vxlan remotevtep on L1 lists only 10.10.10.2.
