Enable OSPF process 1 on all three routers.
Advertise the connected networks in area 0.
Form all three router adjacencies.
Reach PC2 from PC1 using learned routes.
Raise the direct R1–R2 link cost to 20 on both ends.
Before you start
Advertise all local interfaces with network 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 area 0 on Cisco. On Huawei, enter area 0 first; omit area 0 from the network command.
Concept
OSPF: link-state routing and cost
OSPF routers share a map of the network (link-state advertisements) and each runs the shortest path first (SPF) algorithm on it. The best path is the one with the lowest total cost, not the fewest hops.
