Troubleshoot ACI: bridge domain and VRF

This fabric worked before a change. Start with show faults on the APIC, then fix each cause. PC1 (192.168.10.10, gateway .254) sits in EPG WEB and PC2 (192.168.20.20, gateway .254) in EPG APP, with a contract between them. Three tenant settings are wrong, and hosts can’t reach their gateways.

Objectives

The simulator ticks each one as soon as the network meets it.

EPG APP is in the wrong bridge domain, and two EPGs share BD10: put APP in BD20.
BD20 has no VRF: add it to V1.
BD10 has the wrong gateway, 192.168.99.254/24: set 192.168.10.254/24.
PC1 reaches its gateway and PC2 (192.168.20.20).
