ACI-style: an L3Out to an outside router

R1 is outside the fabric, with the network 10.100.100.0/24 behind it. An L3Out is how a VRF reaches the outside: a routed port on a border leaf, a next hop, and the external subnets. To policy, the outside is one more group of endpoints, so a contract is needed there too.

Objectives

The simulator ticks each one as soon as the network meets it.

In T1, create L3Out OUT in VRF V1: node 104, interface 1/8, ip 10.9.9.1/30, next-hop 10.9.9.2.
Add external-subnet 10.100.100.0/24.
Make EPG WEB consume contract TO-OUT, and the L3Out provide it (the filter and contract are ready).
Ping 10.100.100.1 from PC1.
